William Shake’s Pear

Ingredients :
30 ml Rum Saison 7 years
30 ml Douce half pear half cognac
25 ml Homemade pear-cinnamon syrup
20 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml Pineapple juice
1 dash Md Better’s Bitters
Method :
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Start by a dry shake to obtain a nice foam, then shake a second time with ice.
Double filter into a Nick and Nora’s glass.
Garnish with some fresh grates Tonka bean over the foam, a stick of cinnamon and a dry pear slice.
