Ingredients:
30 ml Dry Gin XII
30 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier
30 ml Suze
Glass rinse of Grande Absente
Thyme and Rosemary sprig

Method:
Stirred with ice and strained in a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
