50 ml of blend of Cognac, Vodka and RinQuinQuin infused with Pomelo.
40 ml Peach and passion white tea syrup
20 ml lemon juice
60 ml of black tea
Methodology
Making the blend - In a 1l bottle, put:
200 ml of cognac brandy at 72 °
600 ml of Vodka at 60 °
200 ml of RinQuinQuin
The zest of half a grapefruit. Let infuse 1 night minimum.
Put 50 ml in a thick glass
In the shaker
40 ml Peach and passion white tea syrup
20 ml lemon juice
60 ml of black tea
Shaker
Light with a blowtorch the 50 ml of the blend.
Pour the contents of the shaker into a tumbler with 4 ice cubes
Top with the blend still on fire
