Ingredients :
30 ml Grapefruit juice
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml Orange Colombo
30 ml Farigoule
Sparkling water to top
Technique : Build drink
Glass : Long drink
Method :
-Fill the glass to the ¾ with ice.
-Pour the ingredients in the glass : Grapefruit and lemon juice, Orange Colombo and Farigoule.
-Top with the sparkling water
-Delicately mix with a barspoon.
-Garnish with a wheel of grapefruit.
