The J/S Pastisito

Ingredients:

30 ml Pastis @henribardouin

30 ml White Rum @islandgetawayrum

15 ml Mandarincello

15 ml Lime Juice

15 ml Simple Syrup

Handful Mint, muddled

Soda Water, to top

Method:

Muddle mint with simple syrup in your shaker. Add Pastis, Rum, Mandarincello and Lime Juice + ice and shake well. Strain into Collins glass, add ice and top with soda. I layered with mint as well. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
