Ingredients:
7.5 ml Absente
60 ml Del Maguey Vida mezcal
30 ml Carrot-ginger shrub
7.5 ml Malort
2 dashes Crude “Rizzo” (rosemary, grapefruit, peppercorn) bitters
Jasmine flower (or other aromatic), to garnish
Method:
Stir and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a jasmine flower.
