Ingredients:
25 ml clove infused Gin
15 ml saffron infused Cointreau
10ml Rinquinquin
25ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml homemade honey syrup (60gr of water for every 100gr of honey. It's a honey made from thyme flowers by the bees so not infused or anything. Just to be clear :))
Method:
Shake and fine strain in pre chilled coupe
Garnish with piece of dehydrated peach leather
