The Cleanse by @spiritedshaker - Los Angeles
Ingredients:
1 oz of Gin XII
1/2 oz of Mezcal (Amaràs)
1/2 oz of Suze
1 oz freshly squeezed celery juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz of pineapple gum syrup (Liber & Co)
3 drops of salt solution
2 dashes cucumber bitters (The Bitter Truth Company)
2 dashes of firewater tincture (Scrappy's Bitters)
Club soda with sea salt (Regatta Craft Mixers)
Method: Shake everything (except the soda). Strain twice into a glass. Serve over ice, topped with a splash of club soda.
Garnish with an orchid and a pineapple leaf.
