Strawberry and Pepper Gin Tonic by @Framboize Sud

Ingredients:
1,7 oz of Gin XII
3,4 oz of tonic
3 strawberries Label Rouge
Sichuan pepper
Ice cubes
Preparation:
In a high round glass, pour the Gin XII
Place a teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns.
Crush them with a pestle (Be careful not to break the glass!)
Add the sliced strawberries
Pour ice cubes in the glass
Pour the tonic to the top of the glass
Stir with a spoon
