Spring fizz by Marcin Szyma
Ingredients:
4 Cl Citrum Gin
2 Cl Gentiane de Lure
2 Cl Vermouth de Forcalquier
2 Cl Sweet
2 Cl egg white
3 Cl fresh squezeed lime juice
Method:
Shake/ dry shake
Pure to chilled long glass and top up with soda.
Garnish:
Lemon zest
