"Spicy Pear Cooler" by @arnaudtarabout in Paris
Ingredients:
1.5 oz of Cognac (François Voyer VSOP)
1.5 oz of Douce (Distilleries et Domaines de Provence)
1 oz of fresh lemon juice
4 oz of perry cider (Le Poiré - Cuvée l'Epatant)
2 oz of ginger beer (Ginger Beer - Fever Tree)
Preparation:
Mix the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass. Add cider and beer.
Garnish:
Lemon slice
