Showstopper
Ingredients:
35 ml The Botanist Gin
15 ml Rinquinquin
10 ml Aperol
30 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple syrup
Homemade grapefruit foam:
1000 g red grapefruit juice
1000 g white sugar
6 tablespoons of Agar Agar
200 g Glucose syrup from corn
Method:
Shake it, double strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Top with homemade grapefruit foam (vegan)
