Scampis flambé with Henri Bardouin Pastis

Ingredients :
400 g Tagliatelle
50 ml Henri Bardouin Pastis
400 g Scampis
250 g Sour Cream
Dry chili flakes
Olive oil
2 garlic gloves
Parsley
Preparation :
In a frying pan, brown the scampis for a few minutes with the crushed garlic.
Warm the Pastis and add to the frying pan.
Remove from the heat and flambé the Pastis and scampis mix.
Add the cream and a few chili flakes.
Stir and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, start to cook the tagliatelles.
Once cooked and drained, add them to the pan.
Finally add a fistful of finely chopped parsley and mix every thing together.
It is now ready to eat !
Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese !
