Ingredients
• 40 ml ABSENTE
• 1 piece of sugar
• 3 dashes of Angostura
• 60 ml Cognac
• The zest of one lemon
• Absente glass
Preparation
Place the sugar soaked in Angostura in an ABSENTE glass, pour in the ABSENTE and Cognac. Add ice cubes and the lemon zest.
