Ingredients :

45 ml Rinquinquin

22,5 ml Plantation Original Dark Rum

15 ml lavander syrup

120ml pink wine

A splash fresh pink grapefruit juice

2 dashes grapefruit bitter

Method :

Garnish with fresh thyme, pink peppercorns and wine poached pears

RinQuinQuin is a white wine-based apéritif, with peaches, leaves of peach trees picked in autumn, sugar and alcohol. Contains sulfites.
