Ingredients :
A few drops of Absente 55
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml syrup
20 ml Vermouth of Forcalquier
20 ml Orange Colombo
20 ml Gin Citrum
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Old Fashioned
Method :
-Fill your glass with ice to cool it
-Rinse it with a few drops of Absente
-In a shaker, put all the ingredients and fill with ice.
-Close your shaker
-Shake vigorously then pour in the glass
-Garnish with a star anise
