Poêlée of fruits in RinquinQuin
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 2 pears
• 4 figs
• 2 yellow peaches
• 4 quetsches
• 10 g of butter
• 20 g of sugar muscovado
• 5 cl of RinQuinQuin
• Some mint leaves
Preparation:
Wash and dry fruits.
Peel peaches, stone(pit) quetsches and peaches.
Slice thinly pears and quetsches without peeling them, peaches in dice, figs in district.
In a frying pan, melt the butter then add fruits and RinQuinQuin
Sprinkle with sugar and make gild(bronze) a few minutes (4 - 8 min) over a low heat by moving from time to time.
Decorate with some of mint.
