Pineapple express

Very easy

Ingredients :

30ml Grande Absente

15ml Massenez Elderflower Liqueur

30ml Fresh Lime Juice

30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

6 Pineapple Chunks

Method:

Muddle 6 pineapple chunks in shaker, add remaining ingredients.

Add ice and shake for 20 seconds

Double strain into chilled coupe

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
