Ingredients:
25 ml Chipotle fat washed mezcal
20 ml RinQuinQuin
7.5 ml Maraschino cherry liqueur
20 ml Lemon
Method:
Shake everything together and strain into a rocks glass over ice
Tajin Lime salt on the rim
