Ingredients : 

10 ml Rinquinquin, peach aperitive

40 ml Ketel One Vodka

35 ml Aromatic cordial*

7.5 ml Lemon juice

7.5 ml Lime juice

Method :

Shake the ingredients for 15 seconds, filter. 

Top with 15 ml of FeverTree Lemonade 

Glassware :

Serve in a cooled Highball glass (if possible, the glass « Dubaï », Collection F. Thireau by the Glassmaker Lehmann Reims

Garnish :

A little pansy

*Aromatique cordial 

Ingredients :

155 g wild peach juice A. Milliat

155 g filtered white peach juice A. Milliat

58.9 g filtered water

176.7 g granulated sugar

4 g Lavender Bob’s Bitter

Method : 

Cook in a bain-marie at 60°C for 24 minutes, then cool in ice bath for 15 minutes.

Strain with a fine filter.

If necessary, adjust the content in sugar to 45° brix with the same sugar used earlier.

Add 0,5% of citric acide, so about 1,13g.

Best before : Use in the 24 hours for optimum taste
