Pear and Vanilla

Easy

Ingredients :

35 ml Pear liqueur

15 ml Vermouth of Forcalquier

10 ml Vanilla syrup

Ginger ale to top

Method : shake in a shaker, then filter

Variation : 

Add a pear-vanilla foam

Ingredients : 

300 ml whole milk

1,5 gelatin sheets

2 pears

½ vanilla pod

50 g sugar

Material :

Blender, cooking pan, sieve and siphon

Steps :

Mix the pears in the blender (with or without the peel according to your preference) with the content of the vanilla pod.

Put the preparation in a cooking pan with the milk and the sugar and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off as soon as it starts to boil and add the moistened gelatin sheets, then mix every thing together. 

Pass the preparation through a sieve then pour into the siphon. 

Place in the fridge for 2 jours and it is ready to serve !
