Ingredients:

30 ml Rinquinquin peach aperitive

22 ml Bourbon

10 ml Bénédictine

12 ml Blackened Lemon Cordial

70 ml Bay Leaf Soda

Method:

Pour all ingredients in a glass

Home made Corn Pop Dust

“Got from dehydrated oleo saccharum citrus peels that would have otherwise been disposed of. This was a fun way to get three uses out of citrus fruit in my bar program!”
