Ol-onna

Very easy

Ingredients:

50 ml Rhum Blanc*

30 ml Distilleries et Domaines de Provence Orange Colombo

30 ml fresh lemon juice

15 ml simple syrup (1:1 water / sugar). Adjust quantity to taste

Method:

All ingredients in shaker with ice, shake, strain into a pre-chilled coupe.

*Any good agricole rhum, unaged (Blanc) will work well. Preferably an AOC, I used Renegade Hope pre-cask for the Ol-onna.

Something like Clement Canne Blue, Neisson (various blanc's), Montebello Blanc, etc. Or even the Belle Cabrasse Blanc Guyane
