Not Madeira Cake by Tom Proud
Ingredients:
40ml rum
20ml Noix de la Saint Jean
15ml rum cream Rum Chata
4 x ripe fresh cherries
Method:
Muddle the cherries in base of the shaker then add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Garnish with a cherry (or even better, a walnut if you have)
