Modern Hb cocktail - l'Aria Restaurant (Brisbane - Australie)
Ingredients
40ml Plymouth Sloe Gin
20ml Oban 18yo Scotch
dash Fee Bros Orange Bitters
1/2 tbls grenadine
3ml Henri Bardouin
Preparation
Chill and rinse glass with Henri Bardouin Pastis.
Stir all other ingredients with ice.
Double strain into pastis washed martini glass.
Garnish with lemon twist
