20 ml of Dolin Dry
20 ml orgeat
2cl lemon juice
1 egg white
Préparation :
Shaker
1st Shake without ice
2nd with ice
Old fashioned glass
Decoration
Dehydrated lemon slice, star anise
And lemon zest expressed for the nose.
