Marinated lamb chops with thyme and Pastis HB - Recipe by Réjane Candela

For 2 people

Ingredients

6 lamb chops

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cl of Pastis Henri Bardouin

Some branches of fresh thyme

Salt

Black pepper from the mill

Preparation

Pour the marinade ingredients into a large freezer bag. Remove the fresh thyme. Salt and pepper. Add the chops and marinade.

Place in the refrigerator for the afternoon.

On a hot grill, sear the chops 1 minute 30 on each side, they will be pink.

If you want them cooked, 2 minutes on each side!

Serve with the salad your choice. Here a quinoa taboulé with fresh herbs.
