Ingredients :
30 ml Pastis Henri Bardouin
15 ml pandan syrup
15 ml lemon juice
Water
Method :
Shake the Pastis, the syrup and the lemon juice together.
Pour in the glass and top with water.
Garnish with a pandan leave
