Maiden's Blush by Ebby Kurian, mixologue at Tyler in Texas
Ingredients:
1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz Pastis Henri Bardouin
1 bar spoon syrup grenadine
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a flower.
