Longue vie à nous ! - @mixologist_in_the_soul (Paris)

Ingrédients :

- 30 ml of cold infused "Le Point G" Gin with Kampot pepper

- 20 ml of Farigoule de Forcalquier

- 15 ml of freshly squeezed organic lime juice

- 15 ml of homemade fig shrub made from organic balsamic vinegar and unrefined organic blond sugar

- 5 drops of natural cinnamon extract

- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme

- Top with sparkling water infused beforehand with fresh thyme

Preparation:

- Cup style glass, pre-cooled. Shake (10s) and double filtration.

- Thin slice of fig and sprig of thyme for garnish!
