London Fog

Very easy

Ingredients:

45 ml London Dry Gin @highclerecastlegin

7,5 ml Absente @absinthe_absente

1 barspoon simple syrup

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.

Recipe called for lemon peel garnish but I was out of fresh lemons so I used a dehydrated lemon wheel. @neat.garnish
