3rd place at the cocktail contest organized by the Distilleries et Domaines de Provence at the Negresco in Nice on 10th May 2023
Ingredients :
40 ml Rinquinquin
20 ml Gentiane de Lure
10 ml Martini Bitter
15 ml saffron & wild fennel syrup
50 ml Pink Pepper Schweppes Tonic
4 drops of lavender Bitter
Garnish : a lavender twig + 3 olives on a pick
Glass : old-fashioned
Method :
In a mixing glass, put the Rinquinquin, the Gentiane de Lure, the Martini and the saffron and wild fennel syrup. Stir and pour in the glass.
Top with the Schweppes Tonic and add the drop of lavender bitter.
Garnish with a lavender twig and the olives on a pick.
