Lavender Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

60 ml Gin XII

30 ml lime juice

30 ml lavender (lavender infusion)

15 ml heavy cream

15 ml simple syrup

3 dashes orange flower water

1 fresh egg white

Club soda (chilled) to top

 

Method:

In a shaker, add all ingredients except the club soda.

Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.

Open the tin and add ice. Shake again until chilled.

Strain into a tall glass and top gently with club soda.

Garnish with a sprinkle of lavender buds and enjoy!
