L’Arrière-Pays by the team of the winery/wine bar Le Jus d’Octobre (Saint-Malo)

Ingredients:

80 ml Domaines des Bernardins Beaumes of Venezia Muscat
6 drops of Pastis Henri Bardouin
4 cucumber slice
40 ml of Tonic water Fever Tree

Preparation:

Full a Highball glass of ice, add all the Muscat, the pastis and the cucumber, mix with a mixing spoon. Add the tonic, mix again with the mixing spoon. add a straw.
