Ingredients :
40 ml Gin XII
dry hibiscus petals
20 ml lemon juice
2 dashes lemon bitters
30 ml egg white
Limonade Verveine - Citron
Method:
Put the dry hibiscus petals to infuse in the Gin XII.
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice, then close and shake.
Take the ice out than shake a second time.
Pour in a long drink glass.
Top with a verbena & lemon lemonade
