Ingredients :

1 kiwi to muddle

30 ml Aquavit

7,5 ml Absente

15 ml Rosemary Mint syrup

15 ml Thai Basil

15 ml Fresh lime juice

1 egg white

Method :

Muddle the kiwi in the shaker, then add the other ingredients.

Close, shake well and pour in glass.

Garnish with a slice of kiwi and sage

55°- 70 cl
