Ingredients : 

30 ml Lemon juice

50 ml Douce, half-Cognac half-pear liqueur

Top Ginger beer

¼ spin of the pepper mill

Technique : Build drink

Glass : Tumbler

Method :

- Fill the glass to the ¾ with ice

- Pour the lemon juice and the Douce in the glass

- Stir delicately

- Add some ice

- Top with the Ginger beer

- Add the pepper

- Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger
