Ingredients :
2 oz Gin XII
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz tarragon syrup
handful of fresh verbena leaves
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse to coat glass
Method :
Pour Green Chartreuse into a chilled coupe and swirl to coat the interior, discard excess and set aside. (Use small spray bottle to coat the glass). Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Fine strain into chilled coupe and garnish with verbena and tarragon.
