Havana Julep
Ingredients
30 ml GRANDE ABSENTE
20 ml Cuban White Rum
25 ml lime juice
25 ml sugar cane
3 pieces of pineapple
6 mint leaves
6 sage leaves
Before lunch, long drink
Tumbler
Preparation
Crush the mint, sage and pineapple in the tumbler with a pestle. Mix the other ingredients, fill the glass with shaved ice.
