Ingredients:
Absente 55 (sufficient quantity to wash the glass)
45 ml tequila
45 ml White Grapefruit Juice
22 ml Elderflower Liqueur
22 ml Brown Sugar and Vanilla Syrup
Rosemary & Sage
Method:
In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for Absente. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass washed with Absente.
Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit peel.
