Ginger Saint-Jean by Emeric Mouillot, bar manager of L’Orangerie (Lyon - France)
Ingredients:
60 ml Noix de Saint-Jean
60 ml Ginger Beer Jamaïca
10 ml lemon
1 lemon zest
Preparation:
In the glass
Place the ice cubes and the ingredients in the ‘old fashioned’ glass (small tumbler) following the order indicated and mix with a mixing spoon.
Decorate with the twist lemon zest (or zest, technique to bring out the aromas and extract the essences.
