Ingredients
15 ml Merlet Crème de Poire
5ml Génépi
1.25 ml Armorik Single Malt Whisky
Preparation
Combine Ingredients and stir with ice
Strain into a coupette
Top with champagne
Add a sugar cube and garnish with a pickled pear
