French Pearl

Ingredients:
60 ml Gin @graywhalegin
7,5 ml Pastis @henribardouin
20 ml Lime Juice
20 ml Kaffir Lime Syrup @uscitrus
Handful Mint, muddled
Method:
Muddle mint with Kaffir Lime Syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
Double strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon or lime wheel (use what you have!) and mint sprig.
