20ml grapefruit,
15ml cinnamon brown sugar simple syrup,
7,5ml lime,
7,5ml Henri Bardouin,
2 dashes of angostura,
Pinot Noir float
Method:
Shake & strain
Top with Pinot Noir
Garnish with a slice or zest of grapefruit
