Ingredients :
20 ml simple syrup
30 ml lime juice
50 ml Gin XII
20 ml egg white
10 ml red wine
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Old-fashioned
Method :
- Put all the ingredients except the red wine in the shaker
- Close and shake a first time without ice
- Then add some ice and shake a second time
- Pour the content of the shaker in the glass shaking gently so as to get most of the foam
- Slowly pour the red wine at the center of the foam.
