Ingredients :
20 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Gin Citrum
30 ml Rinquinquin à la pêche
10 ml Violet syrup or cream
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Stem glass
Method :
- In the shaker, pour the lemon juice, Gin Citrum and Rinquinquin
- Fill ¾ cup of ice in the shaker, close, shake and pour in the glass
- Slowly pour the violet syrup so that it sinks at the bottom of the glass
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
