Ingredients :
20 ml Lemon juice
100 ml Apple juice
10 ml Simple syrup
20 ml Bourbon whisky
30 ml Douce, half pear half Cognac liqueur
Technique : Shaker
Glass : Tumbler
Method :
-Fill the shaker with ice.
-Add all the ingredients : lemon and apple juice, simple syrup, Bourbon and the Douce.
-Shake vigorously.
-Pour the cocktail in a glass filled with ice.
-Garnish with a pear slice.
