1 oz of Calvados (Christian Drouin) infused with fresh lemon balm
0,4 oz of Green Plum Liqueur (Famanni)
0,25 oz of Vermouth (Distilleries et Domaines de Provence)
1 pinch of sea salt
Garnish: Fresh lemon balm leaf
Preparation: In a mixing glass - Fine filtration - Serve on a cube of ice.
