Ingredients : 

20 ml Lemon juice

20 ml Simple syrup

30 ml Gin Citrum

20 ml Rinquinquin

10 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Rinquinquin Glass

Method :

- Chill your glass.

- Put all the ingredients in the shaker.

- Add enough ice to fill half the shaker.

- Shake

- Remove the ice from the glass and filter the content of the shaker in.

- Garnish with a zest of lemon.
