Coriander Sour

Ingredients : 

40 ml coriander cordial

20 ml aquafaba

20 ml Vermouth de Forcalquier

40 ml Gin XII

Technique : Shaker

Glass : Old-fashioned

Method :

- Fill to ¾ glass with ice

- Place all ingredients in the shaker in the order set above 

- Add one ice cube in the shaker

- Shake until the ice cube is entirely dissolved

- Filter and pour into the glass

- Garnish with a coriander leave.

Coriander Cordial

300 g sugar

200 g water

100 g Coriander

Put all the ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it infuse till it is at room temperature, then filter.
